Our Team

Freyia Osterwald is a licensed and board-certified massage therapist. She graduated in 2000 from the Elisabeth Dicke school of massage/physical therapy, in Mainz, Germany. She worked at various clinics performing specified types of massages and bodywork until 2006. Upon relocating back to the U.S. in 2006, Freyia has been practicing in the upstate.

Freyia enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to better help her clients. She likes to customize and personalize each massage to her client's needs in order to help reach their optimal physical and mental health. Whether it be for relaxation, pain management, injury, stress, or anxiety, she finds it rewarding to help others feel better. She specializes in various techniques such as Swedish, trigger point, neuro muscular, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, light stretching and mobilization.

When Freyia isn’t at work she likes to be outdoors and enjoys camping, gardening, spending time with her family, and pets as well as traveling.
