Your Partner in Wellness

Young Wellness is a whole-body wellness business, located in Uptown Greenwood. We seek to treat the person, not the ailment by offering massage therapy, health coaching and yoga. We are here to encourage and support others to live a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.

We all need time to unwind and reconnect.

Modern life is hard on the body and mind. Between endless screen time, sedentary workdays, and relentless daily stress, our nervous systems can easily get stuck on high alert.

We built our studio around one idea: helping you feel great in your body and clear in your mind.

Our space is welcoming, calm, and we’ve got everything you need here. From our all-inclusive massages to our fully equipped yoga rooms – just bring yourself and leave feeling refreshed and connected.

“Amazing studio! Love getting my massages here and the community yoga is so great! I love going to reset before starting my weekend.” -Tiffany

Since opening our doors in 2022, we’ve infused our passion for helping you feel your best into everything we do.

Every one of us is here because we believe you deserve to feel great in your body and show up fully in your life.

What started as one therapist with a vision has grown into a team of 11 of licensed massage therapists, experienced yoga instructors, and certified Pilates teachers– all under one roof in Uptown Greenwood.

Young Wellness isn't just about massage, yoga, or nutrition. It's about helping you reconnect with your sense of vitality and remember how good you were designed to feel.

What is included in your massages?

Every massage includes your choice of pressure, hot stones, and cupping therapy (upon request)! We give you full hands on time, and every session is fully customized.

Do I need to sign up in advance for classes?

We recommend it, yes! But if there’s room in the class, you are welcome to walk-in.

Is yoga good for back pain?

Yoga is an amazing way to stretch tight muscles and strengthen your core and spinal area – which can help soothe back pain and tension. As always, you never want to strain an injury or move too far too fast.

What is the difference between yoga and pilates?

Yoga tends to focus on flexibility, breathwork, and the mind-body connection. Pilates is more focused on core strength, controlled movement, and rehabilitation. Both are low-impact, both are beginner-friendly, and both will leave you feeling stronger and more centered than when you walked in.

What are the benefits of lymphatic drainage massage?

Your lymphatic system is your body's built-in detox and immune support network, and it needs movement to do its job. Lymphatic drainage massage uses gentle, rhythmic strokes to reduce swelling and puffiness, support your immune system, and help your body clear out what it doesn't need. Our clients often leave feeling noticeably lighter, less inflamed, and more energized — and our lymphatic specialist Freyia is incredible!

Feel better in your body, and in your life.
